		<description>It&#039;s interesting how quickly one can go from hip to passe.  &quot;Here&#039;s Johnny&quot; becomes &quot;Who&#039;s Johnny?&quot;  I think the more &quot;interconnected&quot; and &quot;hip&quot; a piece is, the more quickly dated it becomes.

I can remember seeing old Warner Brother Cartoons with loads of references to stars of the 40-50s era.  Rather dull without current context.

So someday the current crop of tattoo/body piercing youth will hit their 40s or 50s.  What was once trend-setting and edgy will become creepy and freaky to the &quot;with-it and hip&quot; crowd of tomorrow.

Big wheel keeps on toinin&#039;, you know?
