ABC News has an investigative piece about the state of VA hospitals. This is shameful treatment to a group of folks who had a job description that included the words, “And if needed, die.”

I’m all for fiscal responsibility (something lacking from both candidates), but we must fund this. Any people seeking to wage ‘War on Terror’ must realize that the current state of affairs undercuts any future actions.

Obligatory note: Of course not every VA hospital are like those mentioned. You get higher ratings with bad news than with good. But still…
