An often quoted statistic of 99% of all children in Vermont are covered by the good doctor. OK, OK. Most of them are covered by their parents. Most of remainder were covered by Doc Dean with Federal grants. No doubt when President Dean is elected, his first order of business will be to get United Nations grants to cover all those uninsured children.
It’s one thing to brag about how well you’ve done. It’s another to brag on how well you’ve spent big daddy’s money.
